>>9674I like that you've kept Archy smug, but not so much that he's insufferable. Also, zamn! That's a Tamers-esque booty he's rocking!
>>9675When you think about it, there's nothing preventing him from teleporting inside someone and burning them from the inside out
>>9676Thanks! I'm guessing a lot are still bots, but I do like watching the numbers go up!
>>9677>Speaking as someone who's also horribly desensitized, it's really not a good thing. You inevitably wind up saying the wrong thing to someone and end up hurting their feelings or coming off like a weirdo.Yeah, it can be a little difficult and when others realize you don't visibly react to gruesome images
>It was bizarre how he could write decent characters EXCEPT for his three favesI think it's precisely because they're not his faves. These characters are all written as supports to the main cast, unlike his faves, which try to hog the spotlight and try to supplant the main characters (with Geoffrey, Max and Locke replacing Sonic, Sally and Knuckles)
>>9678>>9679100% this. It obviously wasn't intentional, but for me, one of the big themes in Archie is how the stifling weight of tradition has led to stagnation and catastrophe. If Max hadn't been reliant on the magic piss pool to watch over his people Robotnik would never have taken over and if Max hadn't been so distrustful of non-Echidnas there was no one to help save his people from Robotnik and his Dingoes. Geoffrey also could've been a huge help in the fight against Robotnik if he wasn't so fixated on the chain of command and huffing Max's farts
Sally, Knuckles and Sonic, by rejecting the traditions expected of their roles are actually able to make progress against the novel threat that is Robotnik
