I think many already do in the first place. We have already seen that for basically every big group project, at least one of their contributors is aware of it.

For those who don't, well, I'd say let them find out by themselves. As much as there are far worse board on 4chan than /co/, even here, it's just not a place you invite people to. It's a place you come here for morbid curiosity and then stick around once you realise it has aspect that are less worse than for other websites.

So on one side of the S.T.C./GOTF crossover, it hasn't even started yet (or rather is temporary "skipped") and on the other side, it's deemed to be forever on Hiatus?

It's before. The first page of Turtle Power is right after Babylon arc ends. Angel Island is transported to Earth. In StC, Rouge reappears on Earth and already working with GUN during the merge. Before that she disappears in a portal during the Babylon arc. Turtle Power shows what happened to her after she goes into the portal. It's already spoiled that she stays on Earth with her sister and works for GUN.

Splinter is able to sense the power of the Master emerald too, even sensing Mr. fishy captured in it.
