From the artist that gave us the Sonic Crisis comic from a couple days ago, here’s a couple more incomplete comics from them. They’re just as weird as that other one. Let’s start with the crustiest comic. Have fun reading this. This is Doomsday Mobius!

The closest thing are the Virgin Books, and I think those predate the modern concept of LNs entirely. There are some webnovels though, if that means anything.

Not if they're written like Digimon Seekers, which I was told was typical of LN writing style. If there's anything like a picture book style Sonic story though, that might be worth at least trying. That LN and another I tried that I don't recall the name of were just too sparse on details even for light reading as well as just being boring so it's soured me on the whole medium.

The place has random floating chunks of land not powered by the Kaster Ekerald, dimensional holes leading to surreal dimensions and other Zones, an orbiting planet that appears and disappears at random, and literally impossible geometry. And that's on average - some continuities are weirder. Physics in general don't work around Mobius.

I'm still morbidly fascinated by the possibilities of where another writer could have continued that plot if Penders had gotten his way on Sally's death in Endgame turning out to be for keeps. If RoboSally gets repaired and rejoins the main cast, how's her relationship with the others gonna change? How long can she maintain this El Cid ruse before she cracks from guilt and publicly Terminator 2 degloves herself? How are Sally's family gonna feel about this robot with her face and memories?
And all this would have been because Penders drew the most autistic conclusion possible from the sales of Sally's miniseries.

Don't know why the butterfly headsets, but it's pretty. I like the attention to detail of having the hear-speaker coming out of them and actually going into the ears.
