Come think of it, this could be more impactful, as come to the resolve outcome, liberating his herd, Tundra would have still a pain in the ass situation with his people questioning his acts over controlling them all, and it would logically make it double for him to dump all his anger over Rotor.
It centers for a good excuse, both on fleshing out Tundra, himself and his gradually healing relation with Rote.
