Here's my summary:
Chapter 1: Sonic fights Perfect Chaos and collides with a Pikachu, creating Sonichu who helps Sonic defeat Perfect Chaos. A mysterious person is working with CWC.
Chapter 2: Sonichu saves Rosechu from a Nidoking, Sonichu takes her to Winners Way to be healed. They fight a Graveler but a Deoxys (legendary Pokémon) saves them.
Chapter 3: Sonichu is summoned in his dream by Darkrai (Pokémon that can enter dreams) to meet his master Giratina (legendary Pokémon). Giratina thinks Sonichu is capable of stopping a great force that threatens the universe. Darkrai hints at the formation of the Chaotic Combo. Sonichu meets Kel, Rosechu's trainer, Rosechu goes to the CWCVille mall for supplies. Naitsirhc (CWC's hot "evil" gay twin) captures her but Sonichu fights his Pokémon and goes after him. Chapter ends with the reveal that Giovani (Team Rocket leader and Naitsirhc's dad) has made a black Sonichu (Blake).

Unless it ha been retconned afterwards? As far as I know, in Archie, it's with Knuckles she is a childhood friend.

They end up in Knothole together as kids. Still very young so it still counts. The miniseries isn't canon as there are a lot of other differences with the main series. IIRC one of them being when Uncle Chuck is kidnapped. Also in the mini Sonic doesn't become a Freedom Fighter until he's a teen. But in the actual series he's a part of the Freedom Fighters from the beginning.
