It’s been a while! Sonic Legacy is back with a new issue! For those who don’t know or remember, this is a retelling of the Genesis games. The first game was kind of Sonic 1 and this current one is Sonic 2. Sonic reunited with Uncle Chuck, met Tails, and just repelled an invasion by Eggman. With the Acorn Kingdom’s chaos emerald stolen and the king put in critical condition, Sonic goes off to confront Eggman in the Death Egg!

Sure. I haven't seen all of Underground (just a few choice episodes and I know the theme by heart) and I haven't seen almost the entirety of AOSTH, but I can still enjoy them.

Honestly, it was good that they booted their ass. Anyone who had to force an OC character to be the secondary of a retelling of Sonic 1 seems to be ego driven. Besides, the dolphin was the weakest part.

When coming up with the stories for this series, I wanted to further implement the various games into Archie. This first issue would be considered the Sonic 1 adaptation in a very loose sense. It’s also one issue while the others will be longer. That’s why we skipped all the way to Scrap Brain (we’ll just pretend Final Zone is part of it as well). Fought a bunch of badniks, avoided some hazards, and got into the heart of the area. So, you know what that means!

It was concept art for an AU and the artist only cares about shipping their OC with Sonic and/or Shadow. The last time they shipped Rogue with anyone it was Amy. Tails and Rogue weren't even interacting with each other. They're two separate drawings put in the same image.

It isn't, but consider how fucking short Movie Sonic started out as. He barely reached Tom and Maddie's knees in the first film. Then in the year leading up to second film's events, Wachowski grows to the point that he is nearly torso height with them.
