So Ian took the following things from Other M and added to Archie. Correct me if Im wrong on some of these.

The uniform of the Evil FF , which are the same from evil Chaotix of Other M

The Anti-tails that has magical abilities and is an evil mastermind

the entire FF cast from other M was put into dark Mobius with different names

Eggman being a good guy in Anti-Mobius (not sure on this one, maybe it came before Ian wrote for Archie )

knuckles being an evil deranged dictator. In Archie during Dark Mobius the backstory was that he was like that before fully turning into Enerjack

That came well before Ian ever wrote for them. Kintobor was a Fleetway concept. There were also at least three variants of him, with two in Archie. Doctor J Kintobor was the ruler of his alternate Mobius and happens to be the closest to looking like Prime Zone Eggman whilst still being good.

You're mostly right about the rest. Though admittedly, Anti-Miles and Other M Tails are pretty obviously different in the sense that the former is just purely evil whilst the latter at least BELIEVES that he's doing the right thing, alongside Espio. That's an element that didn't get brought over to Archie.

I think Anti-Eggman being a good guy comes from Anti-Sonic's first or second appearance. Though him being a good guy has a weird convoluted history that goes all the way back to the 1991 game, or at least a Sega of America comic promoting it.

That was good. Thank you a lot for this, Mini-Conductor. Other M is prestigious enough on its legacy. It's almost as obliged to be acknowledged and learnt off for our remainders and for newbies' sake, not just for fun but to have a deeper insight on Ian's usual style. It's really cool that he landed on a job for Archie years ago, and now the big chap is commanding among Sonic Team, and I couldn't be anymore proud of him, regardless how do I think of his writing.

I prefer this reincarnation of them a lot more. Their ruthless manners are mostly erased and don't take a huge part of their characters, and they are more unique now. It's really neat they made once more appearances on Archie, and I'm glad in this occasion, they have fully won (even in the most sloppy way) and gotten back their own world. Wouldn't mind at all to see them again on these updated manners, rebooting Other M in a clean state and proper balanced tone, something along these lines, preferably.

Even if I might not be that fond of Penders or some of the other creators who used to work on StH during its worst days, at least they did one good thing: they left a bunch of unresolved plot threads and awkward character moments that provided decent material for fix-fics. Like how the Tails/Fiona/Sonic/Mina/Ash romance tangle was resolved by sending Fiona off with Scourge, Tails having a big confrontation with Sonic, and Mina+Ash pushed out of focus. Or how Julie-Su called out Locke's bad parenting, which pushed Locke into an epiphany and a heroic sacrifice. Or how Tails' parents were brought back home from space, and given a role to play in later events. Or how one of the Substitute Freedom Fighters felt resentment about being a substitute, and became mildly antagonistic because he wanted to get the spotlight sometimes. Or how Geoffrey kept being such a shady asshole for so long that eventually it left him backed up into a corner with no friends left.
As bad as some of the old comics were, there was a lot of stuff that provided a good foundation for new stories that'd take the characters into interesting directions.

One of the things I liked was that they gave a resolution to that bad future where Lara-Su had to fight her father. Penders had set up this alternate future but never did anything with it later. I liked how Flynn's story pointed out that Lara-Su and Silver had both traveled to the past without knowing all the essential information, and this intel failure had made them unable to accomplish their goals. It was a nice idea to give them a team-up.

Spot-on. That's about the reason I love Archie so much. For all the needless meddlesome editorial decisions and Penders Pendering on, I gotta say, I really still felt hooked on into the lots of principles and basic foundations Archie had set from the start and through middle. My biggest gripe with Archie still stands on about the really lacking efforts on fueling lots of protagonists, secondary and tertiary characters on their characterization, but looking on the brighter side, I did love a lot all the much of building work for long-term duration, meant for a very satisfactory pay-off in the end. I agree, definitely, buddy.

Although, personally, I'm more of a Bollers guy. I prefer better his own focus and directions he desired for Archie Sonic, namely that he wanted to always provide three stories in one, for the giant cast's sake, and also how he showed his disposal for righting out the loosen parts of Archie, before Ian would repeat the job.
