After thinking about it, customized snippets like that might be useful in some situations. Like if you have to do any tech-support tasks, and everyone always keeps having the same problem they keep asking about. Artists might get asked repeatedly about certain things too (like commission info, or questions about their work methods).
I wouldn't use that for commenting on anyone's art, though. It's nicer to put some thought into it.

Yeah, they keep adding features instead of bugfixing and sorting out performance issues. Search is still garbage compared to Gmail and Teams is probably the worst software I've ever used. I don't usually use the suggestions, but they can be useful for simple responses. I agree it's kinda messed up for commenting on art.
