In the Sonic OVA, Robotnik created a mech and said it was Metal Robotnik, some eviler version of him that wanted to wipe out all life on the planet. Of course, it was all a ruse and Robotnik himself was piloting it. Having Eggman call his mech Metal Robotnik or Black Eggman (the Japanese version’s name) wouldn’t fit for this story so I made up a name and had him call it that.
