Question: Sometimes someone acting out of character works (See Hangin Out) but has there been any times when it ruined your immersion? Does it make you feel that the person is that character in the loosest sense?

Bunnie just straight up agreeing to literally work for Eggman and make herself hostage just so she can reverse back what she had wished for years to have. In an otherwise actually good story, but even if I accept that she is ready to legionise herself, I would except her to be smart about it and find a work-arround getting tied to eggman.

Okay, here's the full story, you silly-billy.

The characters in the gag strip (CelestOrion and Sunshine Nine, alongside Red Rabbit) were chosen on Red's own volition. Nine is the creator of the Drake character (If you're an /sthg/ veteran, you might recognize him from around the Sonic Forces days). Red chose Nine's oc Drake to represent him in the gag strip.

In the issue itself, that's a completely different story character, who simply shares the same color scheme because his creator simply liked the color choices. The jacket given to him in the issue was also unfortunate, as that was not authorized, nor was it approved, being it was only caught last second. He was meant to have a white cloak and longer hair.

Don't worry about it. It's just the consequence of some slight miscommunication bungling up some design elements. I just like the brown and yellow color scheme and wanted to see it in a character. As for why it wasn't caught? I'm the writing editor, not art editor. I wasn't happy when I found out lol. But oh well, it's just an honest mistake.

Here's hoping you guys enjoy what we have in store from here on out. We're only getting started.

His constant shoehorning of wanting to be with Tempest with art of her and his oc together was annoying people in addition on how they would be a couple in the comic. Damn, what a day to miss the storytime! This art is absolutely stunning, it's like Spaz, Harvo, J-Axer, and Dawn Best Voltron'd into the ultimate 00s Sonic artist. It's so stylized, yet detailed. Love that the art's got that 00's glossy crispness, but motion smeared in all the right places. Just so you know. this moment has been stirring shit in the fandome for years, even more so once hearing the behind the scene of it. It is said it wasn't meant to happen but the artist slipped the slap in at the last moment before they editor could change it. the artist was victim of harassment campaign because of it.

Beyond that, tons of fandom arguments trying to rationalise it or using it as a proof this pairing shouldn't be. Most powerful fuel in feeding the Sonamy/sonally war.

The rage it caused still persist to this day at some level. the fire has toned down but has yet to completely die.

Having small comedy stories centered on the publishing itself and its inners is no stranger custom, but Justin's case make it much more exceptional than needed. You could tell from his words on these Sonicgrams pages and off-panels that he wanted to make the comic be all about himself. I wouldn't doubt he kept pressuring Gallagher and Manak on always putting him into off-panels and subtly making it about his day and so. I heard that Justin had its pen name as "Romy Chacon" purely for getting another salary check besides his other one as editor, hence.

Suffice to say, the comic suffered a lot from Justin's egoistical, selfish self, making a lot of dubious decisions and so overall. It took only until Pellerito to step in for finally wiping off a lot of Gabrie's amateur prints and awful gibberish. That charlatan editor would make for a "good" pair with Penders when you think about it.
