Cool! I like the water tail monster thing. Could be cool if they have slightly different goals, or different preferred methods to achieve them. I might be reading it wrong, but it looks like he's got a waterfall cape. If he can generate his own water in this form, it would be interesting to have it constantly spilling out, slowly turning any battlefield to his advantage.
