Unleashed had a very schizophrenic tone. The opening cutscene is Eggman at his absolute best and most serious since SA2. He straight up beats Super Sonic and blows up a large chunk of the planet. It’s an insane opening yet the actual game is played light-hearted and comedic. Eggman gets beaten by a bunch of tribal villagers throwing rocks at him.
