Depends on the Eggman. Modern would probably sooner do something to make himself immortal or some shit, but would eventually grow bored enough to no longer bother with active world domination. We all know what Archie thinks of dying before he's ruined everything and it's "Lul. Lmao". Jimbotnik literally would never stop unless he was killed. And both Boom and X are pretty content and would probably retire amicably with their respective heroes - though, that would have to ignore the implications from that one episode that the Boom cast are fucking thousands of years old, in which case, they'll probably keep the current status quo.
