That part of mobian physiology has always baffled me. I think the first time it became really noticeable that they can exist comfortably in vacuum was X. It's so fucking weird, and I genuinely don't know how to feel about it. I mean, I guess I'd say no, since I like skintight spacesuits.

No. Wachowski's design is fine as it is and was almost entirely necessary after the horrendous first design. They needed immediate goodwill and they needed it FAST.
