I love this fandom. There's already fan art being made for the unproduced DiC cartoon. I wouldn't be surprised if people started incorporating what they can from the documents into fanfiction/comics.

So, it would be almost unrelated, but I just came back from the new Transformers movie and, I think it's because of Paramount producing it, there is this minor, almost non-important spoiler easter-egg:

The human protag has a little brother he communicate with, on radio, and the little brother has given them code-name: he name human protag Sonic and call himself Tails.
Later he decide to code-name Mirage "knuckles".

I guess Cheetor is based, for what little we see of him? He kick ass and has some good name. They nailed his beast mode, as for his robot mode, I could barely see it. Can't even tell what his face really is. Would need to wait for the movie to be on paramount+ and use stills. You'd think that with the Covid delay the movie had, they would have got more time working on their design, but it really look like they swipe over their Robot mode so that we can"t see too much of the Maximals robot mode. It's almost like giving them robot mode came late in production.

It look like way more work has been spent on the Autobots as both modes look great, but what is a let down are the transformation sequence, are a bit lacking in clarity in coolness/energy, aside from Mirage. I really hope they bring back Travis Knight for the next movie, because he really had a good idea of how to make the transformations and each robots action look really great.

Oh my sweet summer child, that general literally reacted like that was the most terrible thing in the world. They hate the mere idea that Amy could ever be relevant. They reacted similarly to Frontiers and the lines with Sonic showing affection towards her, or even the more recent IDW issues where he's directly concerned for her.

It's even worse in some ways than it was before, since the schizos there now associate Amy with Sally due to her leadership role in Forces and for most of IDW, so that adds a second layer of seething to the mess.
