Pandora AU Sonic, Team Dark Amy having all of the cast aside from Team Dark be horrible people, at least partially TMOM cast being jackasses to Sonic before Zielo showed up, etc. But I think the madness I've ever been was at STCO for the constant plots of betrayal, narcissism, manipulation, lying, and just general assholery that 90% of the setting engages in. That and what happened to Shadow.

Aside from the groans at the inevitable Amy shit? I get mildly annoyed whenever Unleashed or 06 are referenced. I think the closest I've come to genuine anger at these comic were the ones portraying the Western versions of Sonic and Tails as douches compared to their squeaky-clean Japanese counterparts, but those actually managed to find some middle ground eventually so I was annoyed for no good reason.
