It would take massively extenuating circumstances to cause Amy to be so fucking depressive and desperate for companionship that she'd focus her efforts on SHADOW over literally anyone else. Outside of that one scene people like to jerk off about in SA2, they not only barely interact, but have pretty much no chemistry. Even that one scene in Murder that people are using to try and push Shadamy requires you to ignore literally all context to get it to that point.

On top of all that, you still need to practically completely rewrite Shadow for him to actively take an interest in Amy beyond just seeing her as an acquaintance and a good friend. And at that point, you may as well just create an OC to pair them with.
