>>134630037Spot-on. Most regard Sonic's cia ought get more love and attention. Agreeable, but somewhat of superficial observation, when more specifically, there's only most focus on Sonic characters whose attributes hardly differ from Sonic himself, and both Sonic Team and fans are guilty of endorsing it. For the longest, I always felt the love is centralized only on hedgehogs and alike, and perhaps Surge couldn't be anymore proving of that. As crazy it might sounds, Sonic would benefit better if it had less Sonic and counterparts, more secondaries and tertiaries and quartenaries.
I think the franchise being inherently inspired by DBZ is what doomed it from start, taking account on spiking hair, countless super forms, power metering and compulsive masturbatory and such. That's "shonen", yeah? I'm not the type to consume japanese "shonen" media, hence my lacking knowledge.
Mine taste, for example, contrast heavily from your average Sonic fan. There's common picks like Shard, Scourge, Elias, Zonic, Geoffrey to an extent, while I myself love rather characters like Larry Lynx, Al and Cal, Rotor and Antoine, Archimedes, The Arctic and Downunda FFs. Not that any of it is any wrong, of course, merely just to observe.
Say now. We're already on the same wavelength, so what are some of your favorite obscure characters? I'm eager to know!
>>134630572>I think I'd enjoy it more if there was more Rough and Tumble. Yeah, the Diamond Cutters were such a waste. Slinger the Ocelot was so cute!Word-by-word, same.
I kind of ship Slinger with Smithy, by the way.
