There's enough usage of Sonic stuff and official characters are present enough. Knuckles keeping an eye on the Master Emerald and shattering it, Shadow constantly using chaos control and chaos spear. A of AUs change things up drastically. I would say it's the same as the slice of life comics we've done where characters don't really fight and are just being weird and shipped with each other.

This page shows off Sonic’s speed, power, and top tier sense of humor. Sonic thinks he’s the funniest, even if he’s usually the only one that laughs at his jokes. Maybe he’ll get a chuckle from Sally but that’s normally from a dirty inside joke. As for Sonic and Sally’s relationship, I think of action first and romance second. So there will be little romantic things here and there. They’re a young couple and will act affectionately towards each other when given the chance. Even if that’s the middle of free fall while fighting robot bees and being shot at by cannons.

More than anything, I'm beyond shocked there would be Rotor alike OCs at all. Ain't complaining, especially with somebody like Spray looking real mighty rad. Plain and underwhelming as he might look, I still fell in love with. I know we had saw plenty OCs before like Stripes, but I think Spray's rapidly becoming my favorite after seeing him a little more through the fan comics.

I've made a start on the comic and the the artstyle is one of the most joyful I've ever seen. It's such a pleasure to see. Yeah, I never used DA as a kid or made an oc. I thought I was too cool for all that, which is a shame.

No worries! It's such a great program, especially for large batches of images. I'm using this command to add a bit of a border between the panels and keep the image widths consistent (I'll need to run a crop over the outputs to remove the white at the top and bottom):
