I remember when I played Sonic the Fighters for the first time, I was having a fun time and thought it was a bit too easy, until I get to Tails. Motherfucker hits like a truck, blocks or evades your attacks and loves to pick you up, I was stuck on him for a while until I finally beat him. Writer Evan Stanley pitched an entire issue's worth of "chill time" to flesh out some character interactions to take place between the defeat of Clutch the Opossum and the reintroduction of Dr. Starline.
