A company grades a videogame, sticks it in a plastic box, and it's sold for a massive amount at auction. the only problem is it's the same people buying, selling, grading, and auctioning the game. They can then sell games to massively inflated prices since people think there's a market. The guy doing it was actually banned for life from trading in collectible coins for doing the exact same thing.
