Sonic and OC Nyah have been having strange dreams leading them to an ancient and forgotten forest. Can they restore the land, and repair the damage done by those who came before them? Really beautiful artstyle, and the plot has a kinda Dreamkeepers vibe to it. Honestly, if you changed some character names, and maybe recolored Sonic, this would be a completely original comic.

A new world, a new Sonic, and a new set of dangers for him and his family to face. Along with Tails and other orphans, Sonic embarks on an adventure and struggles to survive in a trippy and magical land. This is The Dark Forest!
