Fleetway Sonic likes Kintobor and truly cherishes him as his best friend, but knows that he and Robotnik are separate entities and would freely put Robotnik to task for his crimes, even if he does hold back in the hopes that Kinotobor will some day come back. Modern doesn't necessarily care either way - he doesn't want him to die outright, but he also won't act to save him from the consequences of his plots when he ends up foiling them. Archie is entirely willing to fight his Robotnik/Eggman to the death to save everyone, and is perfectly fine with him getting put in jail forever otherwise, since he has no sympathy for them whatsoever. Boom Eggman is mostly a frenemy than anything else, and the Boom cast don't truly bear him any ill will so they'd be fine if he turned over a new leaf for good.
Then you have Wachowski, who just outright wants the man dead.
