They should have bigger chests and more pronounced muscles, in my opinion. Necks just look weird unless integrated well.

Tails would be a stay-at-home dad but would otherwise be the exact opposite of the "American sitcom dad". He'd teach his children good values and morals and despite having a busy schedule with programming and engineering in his lab would be very involved and encouraging with his children's life.

Rouge would be the type of mother who would show up every other week and spend 25-50% of her time in the house draining Tails and the other time teaching their kids how to use her husband's tech and knowledge to steal and take what they want from the toy store.
They usually get into a fuss with each other over her "bad" influence but they always "work it out."

In the many years I have been in this fandom, a very common sign of artist deterioration, specially if it implies porn specialized artists, is when they start making future versions and/or creating fankids (i.e. children of a particular ship they follow).
This could just be a one time thing, which I hope so.
