>>136349888>>136349905>It was a one time thing used for the sake of a joke, with no precedent nor callback afterwardIt's not a sightgag when it has to do with Tails' personality - being attracted to Rouge. And Tails calls back to it in the very next episode.
>due to a flashback where they talkYou're kidding me right?
>[Flashback] Hi, Cream! What are you doing there?>Cream: I'm gonna surprise my mom by making her a crown out of flowers! [Flashback ends]That's it. That is literally their entire "conversation" in that entire episode. Saying one single line to eachother. Nice "conversation", lol. If that's the best interaction you can pull from, from both the games and all the spinoff media, then it should be obvious even to you that the two barely interact at all.
Let's compare them:
>Tails and Rouge fight in Battle>Tails and Rouge flirt in Battle>Rouge kisses Tails in Battle and Tails is attracted to Rouge in Battle>Rouge kisses Tails in X and Tails is attracted to Rouge in X>Rouge and Tails work together in Chronicles>Now, Rouge and Tails do an entire heist together in Murder, and we see further what their dynamic is like now they're working together againAll throughout they've had countless conversations. They interact a lot and we know how they interact. That's a long history of interaction you can easily surmise their relationship from. That's not a crackship.
and Tails and Cream:
>have not had a single full conversation between the two of them, in any continuity>has only one panel of even standing next to eachother in Advance where she gets Tails to fix Gemerl because he's the mechanic>made a sandcastle in the background in the beach episode because Tails, Amy and Cream were the only residents in the house who could goThere's almost zero interaction at all there to surmise any relationship from. Because they have no relationship, not even a friendly one. They barely even speak. Because they barely interact in the slightest. That's a crackship.
