To be honest I'm probably going to butcher the whole thing. It's already going to be mashed together with a couple other games. Might make it longer than the other arcs but we got years before getting to it.

I haven't checked these threads before, but looked into the archives and saw Chaos Diamonds 3 was storytimed. As an oldfuck who read it as a child, here's some context that probably wasn't shared.

1. Matt was supposed to be the long-term artist of the series, but after getting sick of Psy hounding him over the work he was doing pro-bono, Matt bailed on the project.
2. Psy rewrote the comic after he got Will.i.am on as his new art bitch. Hence Diamond of Will.
3. Psy was selling the completed script back in 2004 on his website. He then changed his mind going forward. The original version of the story had the group run into the brain of Gerald Robotnik fused with his artificial Chaos to create a "true perfect chaos", WAY more sex talk and suggestive scenes than the actual comic, and both Sonic and Ruby having long, protracted, violent death scenes. Like several pages each.

Seeing that this is a timeline where Sonic and Amy didn't turn shadow straight in the events of SA2, I am not sure it can still qualify as the Prime timeline.
