In my headcanon and fancomic yes. But more like multiple multiverses, since some like TMOM have every other continuity getting eaten which doesn't really work in a single multiverse, since some of THOSE continuities have their own multiverses within multiverses like Archie. And then you have stuff like Prime with its own multiverse or Other M's take on the Archie multiverse amongst others. Not even factoring in crossovers.

Thing is, I am basing myself on the start of the comic said to have started it all and awaken Zeilo, yet we see Sonic there having travelled back in time. And the Tittle "Murder of me" to me refer to the murder of Zeilo.

I think we'll get a sort of 06 scenario were time travel prevent all this from ever happening in the first place.

Vanilla has to be around her mid 20s or 30 AT MOST. Vector is 20 and they teased he has a thing for her, and Sega wouldn't condone such an extreme age gap. The youngest is 24 since Cream is 6 and I doubt they'd want to "promote" underaged pregnancy.
