1. That’s bullshit. Blaze gets the Sonic Rush series with a memorable sound track by the guy who made OSTs for the Jet Set Radio games, and she’s easy furry waifu-bait. Meanwhile Silver gets sloppy seconds in the decent but ultimately forgettable Rivals series and still can’t shake off the stigma of his first appearance being in Sonic 06.

The only person lying here is you, and it’s only to yourself.

Even putting aside the petty motivation of blaming her being shipped with Silver for her setting’s lack of relevance, A character isn’t defined by their setting and backstory, they’re defined by their personality traits, principles and drive. Sure the former is still important because it helps to provide back ground and context for the latter, but it’s only because of the latter that the former has any value in the first place. Without the core personality, backstory is nothing more than a meaningless timeline of events attached to a piece of of cardboard. A truly good character is one who’s core is defined well enough that they can function and flourish even when placed in unfamiliar haunts.
If removing Blaze from the microcosm of the Sol dimension is really so destructive and detrimental to her identity and appeal to you, then I have to ask, is it really her character you’re in love with, or just fluff that with it?

Uhhhhhhhh... I have one based on 06 future Blaze when she's a kid and finds a kid Silver. It's steadily updating and getting a good amount of pages. There's a short Marine and Sonic and Tails comic that's in Spanish but no Blaze. Other than that there's the Blaze vs Surge comic that's still going but pages come out slowly. And before that there was Solar, the Blaze comic that was a spinoff/prequel to Teaching of Fear we did a while back that was pretty good.

Good news everyone! The Sonamy comic I was planning on doing turns out to be nothing but softcore porn with light bits of action! But don't worry, I have plenty of other Sonamy comics to do. I suppose I'll have to storytime the too hot for 4chan stuff elsewhere at a later date.
