Boom Eggman is "weaker" in the sense that he is more petty and focused on smale-scale plots, and ultimately isn't really 'evil' so much as he's an incredibly bored super genius who doesn't have any friends and only wants Sonic's approval. But there are several episodes showing he can be pretty dangerous when he wants to be, like that one episode where he and Dave the Intern create two doomsday devices that were both individually capable of destroying the world/universe, and later combined to create a universe-threatening singularity. Well, given we are/were touching this subject, I went ahead and this did little Sonic Character's Penis Chart.

I did it in less than an hour, with the first information I could find (but I did try to find alternative sources, if it seemed too questionable), and not all animal are correct, so the chart can always be improved. Also, I'm in no way a mathematician, so if anyone can do a better job, you're welcome.

Note: Given it takes half of its body, I didn't count the crocodile's tail in his length... to be a little bit more fair to Vector
