Easy, a full retelling of SA2 with a focus on the implied Sonic backstory where Sonic is the real ultimate lifeform. It would basically be SA2, but interspersed with scenes from Gerald's past (discovery of Angel Island, creating artificial chaos, Biolizard, ect). Silver's arc is using part of Krudzu to do it, which is what Ian planned on using before the reboot happened. The real problem is Sally's emotional state. Sally in the Archie reboot broke down when she remembered what she did. This Sally has suffered ten times the trauma and killed her own father. Say what you will about Max but Sally still loved him.
