The first part Archie Sonic Forever issue 1’s main story is done so we’ll do all the pages together. There’s still a backup that hasn’t released yet. But for now, this is At All Costs Part One!

Question: You have somehow fooled Iizuka into thinking that you are 100% Japanese and given the job of making Sonic more popular in Japan. How would you do it? Hard mode: No coomer tactics.

Sonic and the Freedom Fighters Note: I’ve been thinking about the entirety of “season 1” of the series (season 1 stops before Sonic Adventure) and I realized that Sally will be the one that suffers the most in the next three arcs. Sonic comes in second and will potentially have the worst moment much later. Tails comes in third because the next arc is going to hit him hard. Antoine and Bunnie will have normal amounts of suffering unless I come up with something major for them. Sonic CD is nothing compared to what comes next. It’s not an Archie comic if there’s not a lot of suffering.

Also, last thread had an update for Sonic Now, Eclipse, Nectar: The World Before, The Heart of a Monster, and Shadow the Hedgehog. Check the OP of the last thread for posts replying to it.

Start by remaking the Adventure games and 06. From there, go hard on the lore and actually have some fucking fun with the characters.

Oh, and Frontiers 2 needs to be an actual open world action game. Fuck the cyberspace crap, treat the levels like towns, with NPCs and quests.

Genuinely, the "Amy can't spindash" thing is one of the stupider and frustrating bits of Izuka's OCD bullshit. She's a HEDGEHOG. Rolling up into a ball and rolling around is a thing hedgehogs do. It's part of her fucking physiology!

Oh here's Longclaw for my Sonic AU, in it she is alive and something of the hero of the setting before Sonic's adventures, her biggest foes in that time period having been Rava the Destroyer and the Echidna's. She's plenty proud that Sonic's made himself into hero number one and really just as a son honestly, figure the blue blur alias comes from her as owls take their names from a descriptor and a great capability they wield, hence her name as Longclaw due to her wing span and the force n precision she wielded in her claws.

she probably likes that Sally makes Sonic be bit more mature but also makes him frequently in a good mood and their playfulness keeps him in good spirits plus on his feet, plus Sally being intelligent and researched is another notch for her, though she'd be a bit lost in more technological matters since she's very traditional compared to Sally. Archie Sonic is different from other Sonics. He's not a globetrotting adventurer that doesn't have a home. He spent most of his life in Knothole with his friends and continued to do so whenever he wasn't out saving the world. Him becoming king during a time of relative peace makes sense. He just doesn't want to do political stuff. At worst he'll have to make a public speech but he's good at that anyway as long as he can wing it a bit.

Agreed. Sonic is middle aged. He has a family, lives in a nice comfy castle, and gets to be a trophy husband. Eggman's dead and a lot of villains are either in hiding or dealt with. Probably killed all the evil gods too. All that was left was the Dark Legion and King Shadow and those were finally dealt with. The FF were disbanded a long time ago for a reason. Everyone also got married and had kids.

Don't get me wrong - he'd still enjoy running around and maybe small adventures too. It's just that the sort of shit that gets the gear pumping for Modern or IDW - the constant end-of-the-world scenarios - would drive him genuinely fucking crazy if he had to keep dealing with them. He wants to relax and enjoy his life, not fight for survival every damn day with no end in sight. It's why he's one of the only Sonic's who pushes for a definitive end to Robotnik/Eggman's influence at any point.

Most likely? Have one of the gang put her and Kit in some sort of sustained stasis (whether by magic or technology) until they can deprogram them or otherwise get them to a state where they aren't fucking imploding. They'd treat them basically like how they treat the recently roboticized - keep an eye on them and make sure they're kept safe until a fix can be made.

And if she can't be fixed or is too dangerous to keep around, then probably just mercy kill her.

Difference is, Scourge is willfully and knowingly evil. He's a genuine psychopath who revels in fucking over others and being a terrible person - and even then, Sonic doesn't kill him.
