They already finished the script, likely around the same time the Knuckles show finished production, if not a little bit before. So even if they only do purely CGI scenes until lthe strike concludes, they should have a throughline to follow until then. But unless they're really, REALLY fucking good at masking the scenes that were done without actors around, it's definitely going to feel disjointed as hell.

In all honesty, this strike was poorly thought through (as all strikes are) and all its done is made the soulless corporate execs bite back even harder to maintain their monopolies.
